Shipping Within Canada
We ship domestically using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service.

Shipping Rates:
Orders of $149 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $149 CAD ship at a flat rate of $12.99 CAD. -
Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days, including order processing and carrier transit time. Actual delivery timing depends on destination and local conditions. -
Delivery to PO Boxes or Remote Areas:
Shipments to PO Boxes and remote locations may take additional time. These timelines are determined by Canada Post’s network.
Local Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)
Eligible addresses within select postal codes in the Greater Toronto Area will automatically be offered same-day or next-day local delivery during checkout.

- Availability is based on postal code and appears at checkout only if your address qualifies
- Orders must be placed before the local cutoff time (10am ET) for same-day delivery
- Standard shipping is still available as an alternative at checkout
Shipping to the U.S.
We offer shipping to the United States via FedEx International Priority®, with tracking provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and our preferred shipping service: FedEx International Priority®.
If real-time calculated rates are temporarily unavailable, a fallback shipping rate may be shown at checkout. This fallback rate is a standard rate we’ve set based on an average of shipping costs to key U.S. destinations.
Why U.S. shipping rates can be higher: We currently exclusively ship U.S. orders via FedEx International Priority® because it has proven to be the most reliable option for getting packages across the border in a timely and predictable manner. This predictability comes at a premium and rates may appear higher than other services—the rate is presented at checkout as it is offered to us without any additional markup.
We’ve moved to this service after experiencing an increase in returned shipments with other carriers/services, and this approach has been consistent and reliable for our U.S. customers.
Shipping Protection (Insurance): Your shipping total also includes a 2% shipping protection fee to insure your package against loss or damage in transit. We use ShipStation’s Total Shipping Protection powered by XCover for this coverage. Learn more: https://www.shipstation.com/partners/xcover/ -
Duties & Taxes (Not Included):
U.S. orders are shipped without duties and taxes included at checkout. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed by U.S. Customs or FedEx are the customer’s responsibility and are typically collected by the carrier prior to delivery or upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused or duties/taxes are not paid, FedEx may return or abandon the package. In these cases, any return shipping costs, fees, or charges billed back to us may be deducted from your refund (where applicable). -

At this time, we only ship to select U.S. states. If your address falls outside our service area, you won’t be able to complete checkout.

Customs Delays:
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures. Rewind Skin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues once the order has left our facility. -
Canadian Holidays:
Our fulfilment centre operates on Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed around these dates may experience minor delays in processing and dispatch.
Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 7 days of receipt. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note: We are committed to handling returns fairly. However, due to the nature of our products, all returns are evaluated individually and are subject to our discretion. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. In instances of an allergic reaction to any of our products, customers are required to provide visual documentation of the reaction to facilitate the return process.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of $25 CAD is deducted from any store credit or exchange issued. For orders placed in other currencies, this amount is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. -
Gift Cards:
All gift card purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If a gift card was purchased for an in-studio treatment and the recipient is unable to visit in person, we may be able to transfer the value to an e-commerce credit on a case-by-case basis. To return an item, email us at hello@rewindskinco.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Store Credit or Exchanges
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
