I have had puffiness under only one eye for the longest time. Probably cause I sleep on that side of my face. I use it every morning in a circular motion helping drain the area and it has helped. Extremely refreshing and moisturizing for delicate skin around eyes. Overall less puffy and definitely brighter skin
